I hereby acknowledge that if a competitor were to gain access to such Proprietary Information, or if one or more of the participants were to appropriate the Proprietary Information for their own use in competition with Love Your Life Healthy and or Dipika Patel, such action would result in irreparable harm and substantial economic loss to Love Your Life Healthy and or Dipika Patel.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Agreement and voluntarily accept and agree to all the information and obligations stated within.
